Media Relations & Broadcast Trainee

Job Summary

The Media Relations and Broadcast Trainee will assist in all functions of the  Media Relations Department. The department handles outgoing communications (press releases, media advisories, game notes, and game recaps), as well as incoming media requests. It also plays a key role in the team digital marketing efforts.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Audition, Photoshop).
• Experience with MLBAM’s Forge website editing platform and the MLB Research Tool.
• Experience with MLBAM’s Gameday Stringer platform.
• Experience writing press releases.
• Recent college graduate possessing a degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
