Job Summary

Head of Performance is a full-time position responsible for the athletic performance of our Academy teams. The position is expected to work as part of  athletic performance department as a whole, which also services our MLS Next and MLS teams. Job responsibilities include developing and implementing daily warmups, strength training, and on-field performance sessions.

Qualifications:

Masters degree preferred.

Previous experience working in soccer is preferred.

Current CPR/First Aid Certified.

Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology or related field plus two (2) years of professional experience.

Experience working with different sports science technology, including GPS, Force Plates, NordBord and ForceFrame.
