Premium Services Staff (Game Day)
The Premium Services Staff is a game-day position responsible for greeting guests and managing assigned seating areas, turnstiles, bridges, and/or elevators at the Park. This is a customer-facing position that requires a high level of customer service for our guests.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and have great attention to detail.
Must be able to work autonomously and with a team at all levels of the organization and with a diverse work force.
Availability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong teamwork attitude.
