Job Summary

The Women's Under-19 National Team (WYNT) Head Coach is in charge of developing players for our Senior National Teams. This role requires the implementation of coaching expertise, excellent in-person and remote communication skills, and collaboration with peers. The WYNT Head Coach also serves as the Head Coach of the U-19 Women's Youth National Team.


At least five years of coaching experience with relevant ages.

Youth National Team experience is highly recommended.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills manage and lead self and others.

Thorough institutional knowledge of U.S. Soccer’s mission, goals, technical plan, policies, practices, and procedures.

Capable of working in fast-paced and demanding environments.
