Ticketing & Fan Services Representative - Spring Training (Seasonal)

Job Summary

Individual game tickets are sold by box office representatives at Spring Training games on both game and non-game days. responsible for ensuring customers are aware of all available tickets and promotions while providing first-class customer service. Applicants must be available to work the majority of home games in Sarasota.

Qualifications:

Computer knowledge – tickets.com knowledge preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Cash-handling experience.

Strong customer service skills.

Flexible schedule.
