Job Summary
The position role is to assist in processing weekly and semi-monthly payroll by reviewing and reconciling payroll output. Generate payroll and tax reports for use by Finance team. Administer staff benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, COBRA, and other benefit plans.
Qualifications:
2-3 years experience in benefits and payroll.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Ultimate Software preferred.
Effective planning and priority setting. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while working to meet deadlines.
