Job Summary

The People & Culture Business Partner provides HR functional support to assigned business units based out of the Corporate Headquarters, Fifth Third Arena, and Rockford Ice Hogs Offices. This role will be critical in supporting the execution of overall people strategies and key HR processes and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field, Master’s Degree preferred.

3+ years of HR generalist related experience.

Ability to connect insights and learnings across multiple functions for holistic organizational impact.

Strong customer service, relationship building, problem solving and follow-up skills.

Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
