Graduate Assistant Women's Volleyball

Job Summary

The Assistant will maintains acceptable student-athlete retention rates for the team and/or institution. Identify and recruit talented and qualified prospective students, pursuant to NCAA, MIAC, recruiting and admissions standards and regulations. Monitor and support the academic progress of teams and institutions to exceed athletic department standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge and adherence to the MIAC Code of Ethics.
• Follow MIAC and NCAA Division III guidelines and regulation, while exhibiting behavior that represents a positive image of the athletic program and the university.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least three (3) years of playing/coaching experience required, recruiting experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required
