Facility Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

1. HS Diploma or equivalent, and /or trade school training and /or minimum of  3 to 5 years building maintenance.
2. Experience working with hand tools and basic repair maintenance
3. Knowledge of HVAC system - refrigeration ice plants is preferred but not required
4. Valid driver's license and CIT, college degree, (anything else you want to put in here)
5. Data entry skills and computer knowledge required, knowledge of MS Office Applications a plus but not required
