Respond to and resolve out-of-hours network issues.
Ensure that our existing network infrastructure is well managed, supported and secure at all times including responding to possible threats and vulnerabilities.
Resolve issues caused by third party suppliers, particularly suppliers of telecommunications service.
Resolve calls relating to network systems which have been escalated to you from the Service Desk.
