Job Summary

Project Development is seeking a Chief Administration Officer (CAO). The CAO will report directly to the President of Global Planning. The person will be responsible for overseeing all projects, including interacting with the client and the design and construction project management teams. Previous experience in sports venue development is preferred.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Building Construction, Engineering, or Architecture is preferred.

20+ years of experience as project engineer, project manager, project director or construction administration representative for a major design, construction.

This position may heavy travel or relocation to project site, and the ability to work effectively on the road and in fast-paced jobsite environments.

Must be flexible to work non-traditional hours due to the accelerated nature of the projects.

Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
