HVAC Engineer

Job Summary

The HVAC Engineer operates, maintains, and services the air conditioning equipment and heating and ventilation systems for McGregor Square. Operate and maintain all mechanical equipment and related systems in order to provide adequate utilities, such as heat and power for refrigeration, air conditioning, and other services.

Qualifications:

• Universal Refrigeration Certificate (Required).
• 3-5 yrs. Maintenance Background.
• Stationary Engineer License (Desirable).
• Customer service oriented & strong customer service skills.
• Building Automation System Knowledge – Niagara AX.
