Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY:

The Chicago Wolves are seeking individuals to work alongside the ticket sales staff in executing game day duties at home games for the 2017-18 season. Ticket Sales Game Day staff will perform customer service and fan engagement duties before, during, and after Wolves games. Game Day Ticket Sales staff can expect to gain resume building, real-world skills in event marketing and management, sales leadership, and customer service.

The Game Day staff position will run from October until the end of the season and is a paid position, by game.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pre-game setup and post-game breakdown
• Assisting in event management, programming duties and fan experience engagements
• Provide customer service to fans and distribute promotional ticket information
• Aiding preparation and execution of youth hockey on-ice experiences
• Help manage and collect fan data through name capture programs
• Work the customer service booth and learn how to facilitate in game issues
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Arrive on time, be organized and behave in a professional manner
• Must be able to function in fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
• Able to move around the arena and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds
• Must be available to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings and weekends
