Job Summary

Planning/Client Relations

• Once an event is booked and assigned, initiate and maintain open channels of communication with clients to determine and facilitate event needs.
• Follow up with clients to ensure all contractual elements are submitted, including deposits, executed contracts, certificates of insurance, and operations plans.
• Work with clients to develop move in/out plans and keep client up-to-date on any activities that may impact their event including concurrent facility events, local traffic alerts, and games.
• Oversee contract terms and collaborate with client and internal departments to maintain compliance of use of space and timing of access
