Job Summary

Seeking a 5050 Raffle Coordinator who will be responsible for leading and executing the Electronic 50/50 Raffle Fundraising Program during the 2018  season.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a group of 50/50 sellers on a nightly basis

- Communicate with staff and/or volunteer groups on a regular basis regarding program updates and game day details

- Manage all technical aspects of the 50/50 Raffle Program

- Actively reinforce both individual and team goals and objectives

- Plan and conduct staff and volunteer training

- Be able to proactively anticipate needs and execute directives in a fast-paced environment

- Responsible for game-day execution, including but not limited to staff room set up, pre-game meetings, supervising staff, handling money and completing sales reconciliation
