Job Summary

Job Summary: We are currently seeking a candidate to fill the Corporate Communications Internship.The candidate will work with the Corporate Communications Coordinator on public relations matters for certain events. 

Qualifications: 

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree or in pursuit of one
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• College or professional sports media experience
• Knowledge in Adobe InDesign software 
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Responsibilities: 

• Assisting with aspects of producing and distributing credentials
• Coordinating and managing live shots
• Producing the media guide/update/key facts and figures
• Pitching stories to the team 
• Building media lists for non-sports contacts
• Performing daily issuance of daily news clips and obtaining and distributing daily newspapers
• Assisting with community public relations appearances to ensure there is coverage at most key events
• Preparing Cision graphs and coverage reports for Corporate
  Research national non-sport awards for the Club to participate in
