Job Summary
The position will mainly be interacting with clients to process and provide information related to tickets.
Duties
- Prompt and professionally responding to queries and requests
- Serving as ticket manager to several Olympic Sports
- Help the ticket managers during athletic events home or away
- Providing game day assistance to people
- Orders processing
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with previous ticket office experience
- Experience in Paciolan preferred
- Can pass the background screening
