Job Summary

The position entails the task of handling all accounting functions and can independently manage several projects.

Duties

• Attending to BS and bank account reconciliations monthly
• Customer invoices preparation
• Credit card payments processing
• Amex credit card transactions processing
• Reviewing of daily bank statements
• Resolving any bank discrepancies
• Posting of daily deposits
• Analysis of general ledger accounts
• Journal entries preparation
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred
• 3 years of related work experience is a plus
• Willing to work longer periods
