Job Summary

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 1. Selling new business while continuing to maximize existing relationships

 2. Making lots of outbound phone calls each day – about 100

 3. Servicing and managing the relationships of new and existing groups

 4. Reporting and tracking your daily sales and calls 

5. Working all games where you’ll be responsible for generating leads from a sales table, mingling with clients and attendees and capturing data from new fans 

6. Studying and learning new forms of sales presentations, ticket sales approaches and call techniques 

7. Participating in lots and lots of sales events with members of many different departments

HOW MUCH WILL YOU MAKE?  

• You’ll make a base salary plus commissions. Your total compensation will depend on sales volume.
• We do include full health benefits, plus other opportunities like a 401(k).
• Our office is even closed on Orioles Opening Day and, yes, a ticket to that game is always included for employees each year.
• We would like for you to make at least 50% more in your second year with us and another 50% in your third year.
