Job Summary

 Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating revenue through outbound calls, team-related events, upselling, cross-selling, and generating referrals. 

The inside sales person will call on single game buyers, past ticket holders, and enter to win participants. This opportunity consists of selling season tickets, partial game plans, and single game tickets. This position is also responsible for developing new customer relationships and strengthening relationships with existing customers.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

  • Meet or exceed a minimum of 60 outgoing cold calls per day in an effort to generate new business.
  • Make cold calls from provided lists ie: single game buyers, past buyers.
  • Identifies the correct ticket package for each unique buyer
  • Responsible for the sale of all ticket packages. 
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all current clients and prospects with our CRM system. 
  • Conducts in-game visits with current and prospective clients. 
  • Handle incoming calls from sales prospects.
  • Contribute positively to the sales team atmosphere by developing mutually beneficial working relations with all sales team members. 
  • Work all home games.
  • Provide superior service to clients, existing ticket holders, prospects and single game customers



REQUIREMENTS: 
 

  • Able to work a 40 hour week in this office, plus all home games and other outside events. Must work flexible hours to include business work week, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Maturity and professionalism in ALL aspects of your workplace relationships.
  • Be a self-motivated, high-energy individual with solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills necessary.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
