Ticket Sales and Services Representative

Job Summary

 JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: 

• Create and execute promotional nights throughout the season
• Handle inbound calls
• Make sales calls to single game buyers
• Assist full-time Ticket Sales Representatives with processing ticket orders and payments 
• Provide unsurpassed customer service for all clients
• Work all team home games and some non-baseball events 

HOW MUCH WILL YOU MAKE?

•   This position is compensated with an hourly minimum wage rate, plus commission on sales.  There is an opportunity for the candidate who fills this role to earn full-time employment within our organization. 

TRAINING: 

• All new hires in the ticket department go through comprehensive training before they begin their day-to-day job responsibilities. We believe our ticket staff should have a solid understanding of our products and sales philosophies.
