Ticket Sales Manager

Job Summary

The position will be executing all the applicable department business plans that can meet/exceed the goals of annual ticket sales.
Duties

• Supervising of daily operations of Ticket Office
• Overseeing the creation and managing of WRLS ticker system
• Ticket pricing reviewing
• Evaluating of current processes/systems
• Reviewing, refining, leading the training/coaching/mentoring of Ticket Sales Team
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in ticket sales management
• 2 years of stadium or large entertainment venue ticket sales preferred
• Prior management/customer service experience
• Can work on flexible work schedule
• Strong skills communications
• Ticket Master familiarity
