Job Summary

 

The position will be interacting with customers at primary entrances and access points.

 

Duties

  • Give suggestions to guests that navigate the arena
  • Ensuring that the guests are confident and comfortable using the App and its functions
  • Handling of problems and quickly resolving it
  • Continuous improvement of fan experience
  • Other related tasks

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience
  • Strong skills communications
  • Can work flexible days/hours
