Job Summary

• Liaising on game and event days with vendors as well as building and ticket operations in the execution of various partnership needs or activations


• Day-to-day account management of various corporate partners


• CRM data input


• Prospect and current partner research development, along with league-wide and competitive league best practices research


• Creation and development of partner outreach materials 


• Inventory management


• Proof of performance documentation


• Additional special projects as assigned by department Directors

• Highly-organized with excellent interpersonal skills


• Extraordinary attention to detail


• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel


• Strong collaboration and time management skills


• Flexible hours based on game/events schedule
