Job Summary
The position will be in charge of handling portfolio of current clients while cultivating relations and driving revenue and attendance.
Duties
- Attending to inbound/outbound calls
- Maintaining of at least 70 touch points within the day
- Delivery of standard customer service
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year of ticket sales/marketing experience
- Self starter
- Strong skills communications/customer service
