Ticket Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

 
Key Responsibilities:  

  • Generate daily sales reports, call reports, unpaid account report, and update sales board to provide to management

  • Oversee and train interns and new employees on ticketing system and department processes and procedures

  • Work with the Vice President of Sales and Service and the Director of Client Retention to plan events for season ticket members, premium clients, new sales prospects and group influencers

  • Coordinate/administer sales department needs to include ticket requests, time off, and purchase orders

  • Assist with walk-throughs of the premium seating areas to ensure a quality product for all clients

  • Maintain schedule for exclusive fan experiences such as player meet-and-greets, penalty box visits, Zamboni rides and other interactive activities

  • Plan and execute suite theme nights and gifting

  • Order all necessary collateral for ticket and premium sales

  • Manage and coordinate repair, maintenance schedules and monthly checks for suite accounts

  • Respond to fan inquiries via email

  • Process ticket orders in the ticketing system when necessary

  • Coordinate all department mailings

  • Coordinate game day responsibilities

  • Act as liaison between Ticket Sales and all other departments

  • All other duties as assigned

 
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

  • Minimum (2) years of progressively responsible and relevant experience in sales, customer service and event planning

  • Strong computer, verbal, and writing skills 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Ability to take direction from multiple individuals and prioritize responsibilities 

  • Excellent organizational skills, data management, analytical, and interpersonal skills

  • Sales/customer service background is a plus

  • Knowledge of Archtics and Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus

 
WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Office Environment 

  • Irregular and extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
