Job Summary

 

The position will be managing, processing and resolving end user support request while executing hands on desktop technical/networking support.

 

The Network Operator / Help Desk will be responsible for:

  • Setting up, configuring and decommissioning of networks/peripheral devices
  • Providing multilevel support (desktop/laptop/printer)
  • Can undertake routine preventative measures in network security
  • Other related tasks

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4 year computer related degree
  • 2 years IT and networking experience
  • CCNA preferred
