 DESCRIPTION: 

CFS is seeking a mature, energetic and organized coach who promotes an appreciation of physical fitness, teamwork and sportsmanship to lead our beginner soccer program for the fall season.

 Must Have:

●        Current valid driver’s license and willingness to drive nine-passenger van

●        Effective written and verbal communication skills

 The Head Coach Must:

●        Lead, coach and monitor the athletic program for the assigned sport

●        Develop and implement game and practice plans for the program

●        Attend all practices and matches

●        Demonstrate a willingness to support the school’s mission, entire program and core values (respect, responsibility, integrity and brotherhood) through personal example, actions and attitude

●        Ensure that scholar athletes adhere to eligibility rules, grade requirements and rules of behavior

●        Cultivate and consistently maintain positive relationships with scholars and the CFS community

●        Promote self-discipline and responsible decision-making among the scholars

●        Ensuring the continual supervision of scholar-athletes during practice, workouts and in the locker room
