Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

The Athletics Accounting Specialist will provide business support to assigned areas/departments within Athletics. Key responsibilities include processing team and employee travel expenses, official visits, payments to contractors and officials, and managing financial records. Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Active Network, is required. Additional duties may involve assisting at athletic events as needed.

Qualifications:

Must adhere to all SEC, NCAA, University policies, rules and regulations.

Prefer Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Experience working in an collegiate athletic department.

Attention to detail, excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills.

Microsoft Office Suite.

SAP experience is a plus; organizational skills; confidentiality.
