Job Description:  This is a Strictly commission Based Position given it s Remote Work from Anywhere nature = hours flexible and Travel Internationally Required

We are seeking a Director of Recreational International Tournaments to oversee and manage our Adult Futsal and Mixed Adult Softball Tournaments. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing world-class recreational tournaments that bring together participants from around the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tournament Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop tournament schedules, budgets, and logistical plans for both Adult Futsal and Mixed Adult Softball Tournaments.

• Marketing and Promotion: Create and implement marketing strategies to attract participants and spectators, including online and offline promotional campaigns.

• Participant Experience: Ensure an exceptional experience for all tournament participants, from registration to the award ceremony, by managing registration, accommodations, and participant services.

• Venue Coordination: Oversee venue selection, booking, and setup, ensuring that facilities meet tournament requirements and standards.

• Team Management: Lead a team of tournament coordinators, referees, and support staff, providing guidance and supervision throughout the tournament season.

• Financial Management: Manage tournament budgets, monitor expenses, and seek sponsorship opportunities to ensure the financial success of the tournaments.

• Rules and Regulations: Develop and enforce tournament rules and regulations, in coordination with relevant sports governing bodies.

• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with participants, sponsors, and partners, keeping them informed about tournament updates and developments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in sports management, event management, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in organizing and managing sports tournaments, preferably in Futsal and Softball.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Proficient in event planning and logistics.

• Knowledge of international sports regulations and guidelines.

• Budget management experience.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.

• Passion for sports and a commitment to providing a positive recreational experience for participants.
