Senior Coordinator of Editorial Content

Job Summary

In addition to covering the weekly action of the League, this position will come up with engaging story ideas and produce content in partnership with photo, video, and editorial teams to help achieve league objectives. As a key player in helping grow the fan base across our digital ecosystem, including our partnership with Apple TV, the Content Producer will help manage the process in which we create and publish content during the week and on matchdays on marketing channels.

Required Skills:

• A willingness and excitement to work at the speed of sports, including weekend matches and non-traditional hours

• Understand basic concepts of search engine optimization and an ability to write compelling headlines


• Superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail


• High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance


• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment


• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally


• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Asana


• Demonstrated decision making and solutions oriented


• Meticulous with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision


• Ability to travel including on evenings, weekends, and holidays
