We're Hiring: Assistant Coaches – Hockey Development

If so, RINK wants you on our team. We’re looking for Head/Lead Coach to deliver world-class on-ice programming, mentor our coaching staff, and help shape the future of hockey development.

What You’ll Do: 

On-Ice Coaching & Program Delivery: Lead and assist in year-round on-ice sessions across all levels, ensuring alignment with RINK’s coaching standards and delivering high-performance, athlete-specific development.

Program Compliance & Execution: Support program delivery and evaluation to ensure consistency with RINK’s development model, working closely with the Head/Lead Coach and team to drive continuous improvement.

Staff & Coach Development: Engage in ongoing training and certification, follow internal coaching pathways (L0–L4), and learn from senior coaches to enhance instructional quality.

Client Experience & Engagement: Build strong relationships with athletes and parents, providing clear, constructive feedback to support long-term development and satisfaction.

• Proven experience in high-level hockey coaching and player development.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• A passion for helping athletes reach their full potential.
• Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Certification in relevant coaching programs (or willingness to obtain).
