RINK Training Centre Kelowna, is currently recruiting for Manager, On-Ice Programming & Development.

In this vital role, you’ll be at the forefront of hockey development in Kelowna. This role is ideal for a driven leader ready to take ownership of regional programming, coach development, and client experience—all while living in one of Canada’s most desirable locations. This role will report to Winnipeg’s Director, On-Ice Programming & Development, Jon Cara.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Ø  On-Ice Program Leadership & Execution

Lead seasonal program evaluations and ensure RINK standards are met.

Oversee coach training and development plans.

Innovate training methodologies and integrate advanced techniques.

Design and implement skill development curriculums.

Execute on-ice sessions across all levels to maintain excellence.

Ø  Client Experience & Relationship Management

Develop retention strategies and seasonal engagement initiatives.

Collaborate with coordinators to enhance client satisfaction.

Ø  Coach Oversight & Talent Development

Ensure certifications and professional development plans are completed.

Support individual training plans for development coaches.

Ø  Operational Execution & Satellite Program Management

Manage budgets, scheduling, and ice bookings across the region.

Foster strong relationships with external facilities.

Lead strategic expansion and optimize program delivery.
