Senior Director - Event Operations

Job Summary

• Serve as the primary liaison between regional and national offices, ensuring alignment of goals, communication, and best practices.
• Provide strategic oversight of all regional events, including planning, coordination, evaluation, and reconciliation. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional programs, coaches, colleges, and staff to support growth and collaboration.
• Execute and monitor regional strategies that align with national objectives and organizational vision.
• Develop, manage, and uphold regional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and consistency across all operations.
• Support the recruitment, training, and management of regional event staff as needed.

• Minimum of three (3) years of management experience, preferably in event operations, sports management, or a related field.
• Prior Baseball experience and/or knowledge is required. 
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a national team.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in digital communication and project management tools.
• Some travel required for regional and national events.
