National Event Director

Job Summary

• Oversee full ownership and execution of all national events, from planning through post-event evaluation.
• Lead sales initiatives and manage relationships with key partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to support event growth and success.
• Provide strategic support to regional infrastructures, ensuring alignment between regional and national goals.
• Direct and manage special events, including championships, showcases, and other high-profile programs.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure consistency in branding, quality, and operational standards.
• Analyze event performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and attendee experience.

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in baseball operations, event management, or a closely related field.
• Prior Baseball experience and/or knowledge is required. 
• Proven success in managing large-scale sports events or similar complex programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with regional and national teams.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Some travel required for event execution and site visits.
