Job Summary

The position will be setting up, coordinate and complete the employee processing for payroll and payments of independent contractors.

Duties

• Overseeing the timekeeping of entries and approvals
• Helping the hourly employees prompt entry
• Monitoring and ensuring proper self service entries of employee
• Setting and enforcing of deadlines for reporting and entry
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Experience payroll/accounting
• Good skills in following instructions
• MS office skills
• Can handle confidential matters
• Good skills data entry
