Job Summary
The position will be processing ticket sales while providing customer assistance.
Duties
- Gives detailed information to patrons about performances/ticket policies
- Deliver highest customer service in all the facets of Ticket Office
- Processing of ticket sales
- Effectively complete ticket sales while recording all transactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED/equivalent
- Experience in customer service preferred
- 1 year of cash handling experience
- Can work in varying work shift
