Job Summary
The position will be leading the daily ticket operations facets linked to Financial Reporting.
Duties
- Serving as liaison for Finance Department on all ticket related financial queries
- Managing the creation and collection of all payment
- Supporting in protecting and preventing high volumes of charge backs
- Take part in Non-Participating Postseason Ticket settlements
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of ticket operations/ticket system experience
- Can work varying days/hours
- Strong skills communication/team orientation
