Job Summary

The position will assist in the daily operations of Ticket Office. The intern will help in delivering customer service to fans at the box office. He or she will take charge in Sales & Services departments.

Duties

• Season/group/single game processing
• Business complimentary ticket requests managing
• Helping to maintain ticketing system
• Supporting Ticket Sales/Services operations
• Help with game day ticket operations
• Help in ticket scanning system
• Serve as main contact for ticket outlets
• Supporting of sales/marketing/customer data pulling
• Helping to manage customer account maintenance
• New ideas implementation

Qualifications

• Four years of college degree
• Ticketing/sports industry experience desired
• Strong skills in communications/MS Office/Customer Service
• Must work under pressure and flexible hours
