Job Summary
The Retail Customer Service Lead is responsible assist in the establishment of our departmental policies and procedures. A lead works closely with the leadership team in order to ensure a professional approach in dealing with our customers at NFL Team Merchandising, LLC.
Job Duties:
- Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary.
- Able to give constant direction to team members to ensure that all customer inquiries are rightfully attended to on time and in the best way possible to give them satisfaction.
Education and Experience:
- High school degree/experience preferred
- 2-3 years prior Customer Service experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications
