Job Summary

Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and energetic individual to join our marketing & sales team. This entry level, part-time position is responsible for assisting the Ticket Sales Department in reaching sales goals through outbound calls to local churches, schools, and organizations in an effort to sell season tickets & group outings. The main function of these positions will be to assist in season tickets and coordinating group theme initiatives throughout the season. The candidate will provide superior customer service and critical in every interaction with potential or current Guests of the ballpark. 

Job Responsibilties: 

• Making 75-100 outbound calls per day to individuals and businesses
• Developing new leads through cold calling, utilization of CRM, and referrals from clients
• Selling new group outings for the 2019 season
• Developing, planning and selling Group Theme Nights
• Selling, coordinating, and executing new group outings
• Focusing on the selling of all group outing options that relate to schools 
• Researching and prospecting new sales leads
• Handling incoming calls from prospective and existing clients

Qualifications: 

• Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree, or working toward degree 
• Experience in sales or sports
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Strong interest in baseball & sports
