Job Summary

Job Summary: The Accounts Payable Coordinator will be responsible for the day to day accounting functions for the Finance department.  The person will report to the Vice President of Finance. The Accounts Payable Coordinator will work with all departments for receivables and payables and analysis projects. This position will also be responsible for vault maintenance and assist with cash controls for games and events, therefore this role will require attendance at most events, including some evenings and weekends.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing per diem/cash requests
• Overseeing the Accounts Payable process
• Creating processes to improve efficiency 
• Processing all accounts payable 
• Resolving discrepancies on statements
• Tracking, recording and reconciling all credit card transactions
• Helping with cash management
• Maintaining the vault for games and events
• Reconciling the daily vault cash and deposit

Qualifications: 

• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with applicable accounting coursework
• Proven ability to handle confidential information
• Proficient in all Microsoft office applications
• Proficient in QuickBooks
• Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting 
• Proficient in QuickBooks and all Microsoft office applications
