Job Summary

Student Services for Athletes (SSA) promotes student-athlete success at the University. The program provides critical student services, including counseling and advising, tutoring, and academic assistance. SSA embraces the mission and values of the Division of Student Life.

Qualifications:

1. Master's degree and minimum of five years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. An understanding and appreciation of the needs of athletes on a college campus. Experience working with student athletes is preferred.
3. Extensive project and program management experience leading to quantifiable results and goal attainment.
4. Demonstrated effective collaboration, presentation, reporting, and oral and written communication skills.
5. Committed to fostering a workplace culture of belonging, where diversity is celebrated, and equity is a core value.
