Job Summary

 

 

HRIS Administrator is a six-month temporary position based in San Jose, CA. The successful candidate will provide functional and technical expertise to HRIS activities including process implementation, configuration, auditing, troubleshooting, training, and compliance. This position will report to the Manager, HRIS Systems and Operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or comparable educational and/or work experience in a professional environment.

At least 3 years of HRIS or HR analytics experience.

1-3 years implementing and integrating new people technology systems, preferably SuccessFactors.

Understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes.

Ability to translate technical topics and complex information to non-technical audiences.
