Manager, Baseball Communications & Media Relations

Job Summary

Candidates must be able to handle all aspects of team-related public relations, including credentialing and the production of daily game information. The ideal candidate will also help serve as the liaison between the media and the club.

Qualifications:

Experience working for a professional sports team, including working directly with athletes and uniformed personnel (5+ seasons).

Experience serving as primary front office representative during road trips.

Working knowledge of Baseball-Reference/Play Index and other statistical websites.

Extensive experience working with Adobe InDesign, especially as it relates to creating and editing media guide files and game notes.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
