Job Summary

The candidate for this job responsibility will provide customer service to patrons attending all sports and entertainment events held in the arena.

Responsibilites and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service-related position is preferred, but not required.
  • A winning, do what it takes, attitude.
  • Providing patrons directions within the facilities.
  • Monitoring and maintaining surveillance of doorways, entrances, exits or other areas as assigned.
  • Clearly explaining building policies and procedures to patrons.
