Job Summary

The College Recruiting Department is seeking a Senior Director of Innovation who can lead the brand vision of IMG+ online coaching. You will identify, build, and deliver a pipeline of transformative business ideas that will drive branded growth. A top-notch candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful projects and product launches.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10-15 years of progressive product/brand management experience in a CPG company and experience building, launching, and scaling digital products.

Minimum 5 years direct experience in leading development and execution of product innovation pipeline including close-in commercialization and further-out innovation.

Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing people (direct and indirectly).

Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s Degree highly preferred.

Analytic experience to track product performance and inform sales and marketing team decisions.
