Manager, Inside Sales

Job Summary

The position will be managing entry level sales executives team while concentrating on generating revenue by selling season ticket memberships/group tickets/premium seats.

Duties

• Exceeding target yearly revenue goals
• Recruiting/hiring/training of sales executives
• Weekly attending of appointments
• Creating and executing unique sales strategies/ideas
• Mentoring account executives to be future leaders
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years sales experience (sports)
• Strong skills communication/organizational/time management
• MS office proficient
• Can work varying days/hours
• Strong skills customer service
• Bilingual preferred
