Job Summary
The Manager of Ticket Sales is responsible for furthering the scope of all season sales, group sales, and ticketing revenue. Serve as a sales/leadership position that will be heavily integrated into marketing and analytics. Fan data and audience analysis will be the key focal points when driving ticket sales and related revenue.
Work with Manager of Ticket Marketing and Events to create consistent communication to all group buyers and season ticket prospects
Develop and prepare ticket prospecting events with Manager of Ticket Marketing and Events to further in-person selling
Build and execute 1v1 monthly pipeline meetings with each member of the group sales and account executive team
Develop fan experience and lead generation strategic plans to present to leadership team
Management of sales technologies including ZipWhip, Alive5, and Everstream
