Job Summary

The position will be in charge of helping to establish the policies and procedures of the department.

 

POsition responsibilities:

  • Offering assistance to team members
  • Give constant direction to team members
  • Can give detailed feedback on performance
  • Delegating of different tasks of customer service
  • Other related tasks

 

Required:

  • High school degree
  • 2 years experience in customer service
  • MS application proficient
  • Leadership experience
